Raw Turkey: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Keep the turkey in the roasting pan provided. Remove the cellophane and add ½ cup of water to the pan and cover with foil. Place the turkey in the oven- Cook 15 minutes per pound. Every 45 minutes baste the turkey. Remove from oven when internal temperature is 180 degrees. Allow time to rest before the turkey is carved.
Brie en Croute: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Place is small pan and heat in oven for 10-12 minutes.
Filet Mignon: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Heat in oven for 10-20 minutes depending on how you like it cooked.
Honey Glazed Ham: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place in baking pan and heat for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat turkey 20-30 minutes, or until hot.
Gravies and Soups:
In saucepan heat over medium heat until it reaches a light boil.
Preheat oven 350. Place in oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Green Vegetables: Preheat oven 350. Place in oven for about 15-20 minutes.
